I spent 19 years in marketing at Straus Family Creamery, 16 of them as Marketing Manager, helping shape it into the respected, much-loved brand it is today. I was the walking brand archive, and I got to know the Straus fan better than anyone by listening, and then I acted on it, from a note of thanks to a T-shirt for a super fan.
